Partnership matters. Just as at Dunkirk a coordinated effort of hundreds of boats was needed to save hundreds of thousands of allied troops, so today a coordinated effort of hundreds of churches is needed to reach over 1 million people in Surrey with the saving gospel of Jesus.

Gospel Partnership between churches is not a new idea. In Philippians1:5 Paul valued…partnership in the gospel from the first day until now. Partnership was written into the Gospel DNA of the church in Philippi from the start.

Gospel partnership between churches is an Eternal Investment. In 4:17 Paul writes: Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account. As churches invest in other gospel churches it powerfully demonstrates the sacrificial ways they invest in Jesus’ eternal kingdom rather than their own.

Gospel partnerships between churches are simply God Pleasing. In 4:18 Paul describes it as …a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.
